Frustrated by the magnitude of the miracles attending Jesus’ ministry, the chief priests and elders of the Jews challenged him in the temple. They demanded to know by what authority he was doing the things he was doing and who it was who gave him the authority.

People have different speeds of walking; everyone is chasing one mission or the other; some are unconscious of safety measures, while others are simply enjoying the breath of fresh air walking for leisure.

A few years back, some international soothsayers predicted that Nigeria would be unable to survive a likely turmoil in 2015. For two simple reasons, everyone suspected that such a fate would be the handiwork of our politicians.

What do we do with Nigeria is not the question, but what Nigerians should do as citizens. Placing the blame and ills on the how Nigeria is structured is evading and avoiding decades of the protracted misadministration and mismanagement of successive governments on merely national structure. I wish it were that simple but it is not. Seriously there have cracks in the fault line of the national fabric and all administrations have contributed to its failure so by simply blaming it on structure, it is disingenuous, evasive and purposely trying to extricate themselves from the monumental failures of Nigeria and it is not helpful.
