Prominent personalities including the United Nations UN Secretary General, Mr Antonio Guterres, President Bola Tinubu, Federal Capital Territory FCT minister, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, Ondo Senator, Jimoh Ibrahim and members of the Diplomatic Corps are among dignitaries expected at the public unveiling of the book, “Towards Effective World Security”, authored by one of Nigeria’s finest writers, Uchenna Nwankwo.

Supporters of former Governors Bello Matawalle and Abdulazeez Yari have dismissed the emerging opposition coalition against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid as futile and ineffective, describing the alliance as a waste of time and resources.

Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has urged President Bola Tinubu “to direct the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Mr Lateef Fagbemi, SAN to promptly investigate the allegations that high-ranking officials and politicians indicted in the report of the forensic audit on the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) between 2000 and 2019 obstructed the publication of the report.”
