ABUJA – Nigerians living with physical disabilities, on Wednesday, slammed President Muhammadu Buhari for saying he is unaware of the National Disability Bill reportedly awaiting his assent into law. 

President Muhammadu Buhari, Kebbi State Governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode; Zamfara State Governor, and Alh. Abdul’aziz Yari and others, were at the APC Presidential Campaign in Kebbi State, on Wednesday.

The presidential candidate of Young People’s Party, YPP, Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, has called on the electorate to reject the candidates of APC, Muhammadu Buhari and PDP’s Atiku Abubakar during the February 16 presidential polls, while likening both parties to twins in corruption.

President Muhammadu Buhari has said that he had, in 2015, promised Nigerians three cardinal things which include transformation of the economy, booting of security and fighting corruption to a stop in the country. He said he has been able to deliver creditably well in all areas of his promise to Nigerians, saying even the people of Borno state have confirmed that the dreaded Boko Haram terrorist sect has been fully decimated. 

The PDP Presidential Campaign Organization (PPCO) says the confession by the sacked Executive Director of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), Dr. Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, that he was fired for refusing to give N200 million, as kick-back, to the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, has further exposed the seething corruption in the Buhari Presidency.
