Veteran Nollywood diva, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has revealed how she once got involved in a  public fight with a bus conductor who physically  assaulted an innocent girl.

Nollywood super diva and mother of four, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has gone hard and exacting on fans who condemned her for osting a rather revealing dress she wore to the launch of Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2018.

Organizers of the African International Film Festival (AFRIFF) officially unveiled its eighth edition with the theme, “The Many Faces of Woman” at a star-studded ceremony in Lagos.

Veteran Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has just been invited to become a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science otherwise known as the Oscars. Omotola’s invitation was based on the recognition she got in the 2010 romantic drama “A Private Storm” and the 2012 thriller “Last Flight to Abuja”. She was listed among the record breaking 928 members that were invited this year. The Academy topped last year’s  record of 774 new members as it invited 683 members in 2016 and 322 in 2015, which were also record numbers.

The Federal Government has congratulated Mo Abudu, Chimamanda Adichie and Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, over the honours recently bestowed on them on the global stage, calling them great ambassadors of Nigeria.

Despite their absence, however, the event was no less a gathering of the best of African and indeed, world film makers and stars.
