Chairman, Air Peace airline, Mr Allen Onyema, has charged Nigerian youth to challenge themselves and strategically position their minds for success. Onyema gave the charge recently during the 2020 edition of Thinkation Conference, a platform where top entrepreneurs recount their success trajectories to motivate the Nigerian youth.

A passenger who was caught smoking on board Air Peace flight P4 7558 of December 11, 2019 from Sharjah to Lagos, has been found guilty by an Ogba Magistrate Court and sentenced to two weeks imprisonment with the option of paying 200,000 naira as fine.

On December 20th, 2016, more than 700 passengers of Arik Air who had earlier booked to depart Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos were stranded at the airport as the airline was unable to operate its flights due to the picketing of its counters at the airport by aviation workers unions under the aegis of National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers, NAAPE, National Union of Air Transport Employees, NUATE, and Air Traffic Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, ATSSAN.
