A male passenger, on Saturday, died on an Air Peace Flight P47182 from Calabar to Abuja. The 72 years old man was said to have had a case of paraplegia due to a 2019 spinal injury and was travelling for a medical check-up in Abuja.

The Nigerian High Commission in the UK has announced the closure of Air Peace Evacuation flight from that country scheduled for Aug. 8, as all seats on the aircraft are fully booked.

The management of Air Peace on Wednesday said its pilots were not on strike as insinuated in the social  media.

The planned evacuation of stranded Nigerians from the United Kingdom suffered a  delay as British authorities deny Nigerian Carrier, Air Peace of landing permit, Ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed in a statement.
