LAGOS—Lawyers were yesterday divided on the propriety of President Muhammadu Buhari declaring lrestrictions on movements in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun states to check  the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the country.

ABUJA—President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday ordered restriction of movements in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun states, following the increase in the number of positive cases, now said to be 111 — nine in Lagos, and 5 in the FCT.
