In a series of essays in this column entitled “Areas of concentration for President Buhari,” I discussed some issues or challenges that the President, Muhammadu Buhari, should pay serious attention to as he performs the functions of his office. The federal system of government adopted by Nigeria is a popular option considering the large number of countries which utilize it world-wide.
