Nigerian carrier, Air Peace, has debunked reports that it has been blacklisted by aircraft leasing companies, saying it is untrue.

The Nigerian Army has urged Chairman of Air Peace, Dr Allen Onyema, to be consistent in using his carrier, Air Peace, and other businesses to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.

Air Peace on Tuesday, alerted some passengers intending to book UK flights on its portal were defrauded by fraudsters who cloned its official website.

From over N4m charged by foreign airlines, Air Peace slashed the fare to N1.2m. This forced other international airlines to begin adjusting their fares downwards to be able to compete.

However, four months is short compared to seven years. That is how far back a Nigerian airline reactivated the famous Lagos-London route.

Truth be told, Air Peace is taking Nigerians for granted. Rather than being humbled by the success they have recorded, humility being the hallmark of greatness, the proprietors of the company have become arrogant and conceited.

The government of United Arab Emirates has granted Air Peace the approval to operate direct flight to Dubai.
