AS part of moves to address the issue of corruption in the country, the Senate yesterday upgraded the salary scale of staff of the Public Complaints Commission ( PCC) from Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure ( CONPASS),  to Consolidated Legislative Salary Structure ( CONLESS).
