The airline recently concluded its re-certification exercise conducted by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, assuring its guests of additional flights to ease the pain of travellers who have had to bear the high cost of tickets as a result of flight shortage across the country.

Dana Air on Saturday celebrated its 10th anniversary in Nigeria’s aviation industry in spite of the turbulence the airline had gone through in the past years. The airline has the enviable record of being the first airline to have survived air mishap in Nigeria and emerged stronger with more passenger patronage.

Dana Air on Monday assured its customers of its commitment toward ensuring that they do not bear the impact of the imminent strike by labour unions scheduled to begin on Nov. 6.

Dana Air Monday said that in the event the planned Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, strike action goes ahead Tuesday , the airline will be available to reschedule or reroute its passengers at no cost to the passengers. This is to ensure that its passengers do not bear the impact of the imminent strike action

Nigerian carrier Dana Air has added a Boeing 737-700 aircraft to its fleet to operate its “early bird” flights between Lagos and Abuja.
