Former Edo state Governor Chief Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion and Barrister Sullivan Iheanacho Chime former Governor of Enugu state are considered by many as the two most reclusive former governors in Nigeria rarely granting interviews or attending regular political events.

Four suspected bandits, said to have attacked the residence of Senator Godswill Akpabio at Ukana Ikot Ntuen in Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, have been shot dead, the Commissioner of Police, Adeyemi Ogunjemilusi, confirmed, weekend.
