Scarlett fever!!
Question: How do I incorporate the colour RED into my wardrobe without looking like a lady of the night.
Answer: This season’s red-hot hues will light up your look – take inspiration from the zingy ‘orange-scarlet’ vermilion seen on the spring/summer ’10 catwalks. Our very own African designers such as Bunmi Koko, Deola Sagoe and David Tallie from South Africa have show cased Red in their collections.
I know what you want
I have four sons from Lawrenta Omono my only wife, and I have fears for them when it comes to “Time To Get Married”. Those fears come from my experiences in my Counseling Room. I sit back and I listen to females tell me about how they have slept with a minimum of 25 Men, and what comes to my mind is, that means when she is getting married, her own husband who should be the only one to have slept with her if we go by God’s original plan will probably be the 31st Man sleeping with her, and I wonder what is left of the wholeness that she should have brought to her husband in Marriage. If you have slept with only 3 Men in your life as a woman, I can assure you that that is enough to visit a counselor and find out if all is still well with you, because every time we move away from God’s original plan, we pay for it in ways beyond our comprehension.
Helping the poor has shown me the other side of life
Growing up in a large family where her father took under his care both employees and children of the dissident relations, first exposed her to the plight of the poor. Caring and sharing then became a family value that she imbibed as she went along life. It is her firm belief that God gives his blessing to some people so they can be a blessing to others.
Activate your fat-burning hormones
Weight loss 101:
Be a clean eater! In the fight against belly fat, some foods are simply better than others. Protein, for example, raises your metabolism more than carbohydrate; other foods like Oolong tea are thermogenic, which means you actually burn calories after consuming them, and then there are the fats. While all contain the same number of calories (nine per gram), some build belly fat and others fight it”

Bringing the Spa Home
Going to the spa for facials is nice, but sometimes your mind is willing but your pocket is weak. On the other hand, you are just too tired to walk or even drive to the spa.

The 7 keys to maximum immunity
HEALTHY LIVING 101: Your best protection against illness does not come from a pill or an injection, but from your body’s first line of defence: “the assorted cells and organs that make up the immune system”. This complex, finely tuned system stands ready to identify, attack and destroy any invading germs that would attempt to wreak havoc on your health; but just like the rest of your body, your immune system depends on you to take proper care of it, otherwise it can’t do it’s job as well as it should. What you need is a resource to show not only how to strengthen your natural resistance to disease but also how to heal yourself, if you do become sick. (It is all in the 7 Keys to maximum immunity).
