The Federal Government has called for the support of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in fighting the scourge of fake news, disinformation and hate speeches.

GLOBAL Education Monitoring (GEM) Report which has just been released, has indicated that it is the responsibility of governments to provide universal quality education and stresses that accountability is indispensable in achieving the goal.
