AS the 2019 elections draw closer, a youth organisation called Niger Delta Youths Congress, NDYC, Wednesday, described the emergence of former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate as beam of hope to the people of Niger Delta and Nigerians.
