Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Organisation, yesterday, explained why the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, explored different options from what Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and other stakeholders proffered in resolving the crisis rocking the party.

Indications emerged last night that presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar may have driven into a political cul-de-sac over conditions listed by Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and National Chairman of the party, Senator Iyorchia Ayu’s stance who, it was learnt, may not step down from his office.

Apart from the internal crisis arising from the fallout of its presidential election primary, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s chances of victory in some state chapters are threatened by intra-party crises.
