Kidnappers’ days in Delta are numbered, says Mamman Tsafe, Police boss

DELTA State commissioner of police, Mr. Mamman Tsafe, says he will not dispute the fact that kidnappers have increased their operations in the state, but he was emphatic that the police and other security agencies have risen up to the occasion, and that very soon, the number would be drastically reduced.
