ABUJA—THE Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was yesterday headed for a fresh crisis, following the emergence of a splinter group, christened “Concerned Candidates and Stakeholders of PDP, who disavowed the penultimate weekend’s national convention and the leadership that it produced.
