IT was the day formal campaign into elective positions in the 2019 elections commenced and incumbent President, Muhammadu Buhari, had seized the moment to begin in earnest a campaign that he and his subordinates had until that time taken formal and casual moments to do on and off.

IMO State governor Rochas Okorocha, yesterday said he would support his son-in-law Mr. Uche Nwosu, for the governorship race in Imo, should he (Nwosu) join another political party.

Kano—The senator representing Kano Central, Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso, said, yesterday, he was aware of the video which showed Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State allegedly receiving money from some contractors, but did everything possible to stop the release to the public to no avail.

“These unhinged security challenges continue to daily show that the country’s security architecture has collapsed under the crushing weight of unitary arrangement that concentrate  the country’s   Security apparatus only in the hands of the Federal Government.”
