Mr Ja’afaru Ahmed is a thoroughbred officer, who has held strategic positions in the Nigerian Prisons Service until May 2016 when President Muhammadu Buhari found him most qualified to be appointed as the Controller General of the Nigerian Prisons Service, an organisation he joined in 1989.
