Education tops as capital projects get 65% in Borno’s N170bn budget
GOVERNOR Kashim Shettima, yesterday, presented Borno’s 2018 budget of N170. 2 billion, with education getting the highest allocation of N27 billion in a proposal that allocated N108.4 billion (65 percent) to capital projects, leaving recurrent projects with N61.8 billion.
