The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Friday, urged Nigerians and the international community that the All Progressives Congress, APC, "has become technically invalidated and now lacks the statutory structure to operate as a political party," given the split decision of the Supreme Court faulting the continued stewardship of Mai Mala Buni as caretaker chairman of the APC, while simultaneously serving as governor of Yobe state.
