Connecting your ordained helper

Connecting your ordained helper

Pastor Bamidele

By Pastor Layi Bamidele

In every journey of success and Glory in life,God will naturally use someone for your upliftment. God will not come down by himself to help you, he will send someone to you to help you.

What do you mean by the word connection?

Connection to me can be referred to as an Affiliation, a link or a relationship.

Let me give you a better understanding of this. No matter your statues, no matter how educated, enlightened you may be,no matter the level of your GRACE, GIFT or TALENT, you’ll still need someone’s connection by divine arrangement for you to fulfill destiny, when you are not heavenly connected in life you have no place on earth.

Take for instance, when your T.V ,Fridge is not connected to the power supply and switched on, there is no way you can enjoy appliances. As for a man when a man is not connected to the heavens power, such a Person has come to a vain life. The sustainability of your success in life, if at all God help you to succeed is tied to your connection to your maker. When you are connected to God, you are connected to good.

Remember it is the level of your connection to God that determines the level of your collection from God. When God become your addiction you will be connected in life. Until you are addicted to God, you cannot enjoy his good. Your true success in life can only e attributed to your genuine relationship with God,i.e your salvation, your redemption and constant fellowship in God’s presence with God’s people via the word of God.

There are instances that a man can be connected today and be detached or disconnected tomorrow. Let me give you a brief illustration of what am saying to you. At a time in the life of King Saul he was connected to God through his divine connection to his prophet, but when he refuse to heed to the instruction of God through his prophet, he was detached from the presence of God. That you are connected does not mean you cannot be disconnected, when you go against the will and instructions of God.

Pastor Bamidele

Let me show you briefly how Saul was connected to God through his prophet and how he was disconnected from through the same prophet. In the book of 1 Samuel 9:6 the Bible says “And he said unto him, behold now, there is in this city a man of God and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh to pass:now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go”.

If you go further in the same chapter and verse 15 and 16,the bible says “Now the Lord had told Samuel in his ear a day before Saul came, saying ,Tomorrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be captain over my people Israeal, that he may save my people out of the hand of the philistine s; for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come to me”.

God has a way he connect people. When you are connected to the source, you are connected to good. There are some fundamental principles you require before you can be connected to God. If these Conditions are not met, your dream of divine connection becomes a mirage. Let me give you one or two good examples of people that were connected to their ordained helper and their destiny took a new turn. I’ve mentioned Saul already. In the book of psalms 121:1-3 says “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help, my help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and the earth, He will not suffer thy foot to be moved, he that keepeth thee will not slumber”. Only God can help us in the time of our need, the time and energy you put into use by looking for and running after men,you can use it to serve God.

Men can fail you and when men help you, he will attribute your success to himself, but when God help me, he ascribe the Glory to himself.Stop jumping from pillar to post, the time you are wasting in looking for help from man here and there, use the time to look for God. In the book of Hebrew 13:6,the bible says “So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me”. Another typical example is the woman called Esther, if she had not been connected to Mordecai, she wouldn’t have become a queen in the palace.

In the book of Esther 2:5-7,the bible says “Now in shushan the palace there was a certain Jew, whose name is Mordecai, the son of jair, the son of shimei, the son of Kish,a Benjamite; who had been carried away from Jerusalem with the captivity sick had been carried away with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away.
