Non-passage of PFM bill worry Imo people

Angry reactions have started trailing the non-passage of the Public Finance Management Bill, PFMB, by members of Imo State House of Assembly. Some citizens who spoke to Saturday Vanguard yesterday on the issue, were of the view that if the Bill had been passed into law, the level of transparency and accountability in the management of goods and services in the state would have been enhanced.
