A Delta State High Court sitting in Otor-Udu, has ordered the state Commissioner of Police and one ASP Usman of the Nigeria Police Headquarters, Abuja, to appear before the court, tomorrow for allegedly consistently disobeying the ruling of the court, ordering the release of a suspect.
