TRADE Union Congress, TUC, has called for the establishment of a division of the National Industrial Court, NIC, in Port Harcourt. Making the appeal in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State Chairman of the labor union, Mr. Chika Unuegbu, said the Ministry of Labour should liaise with the President of the National Industrial Court, Hon Justice Babatunde Adeniran Adejumo, to come with a division of the court in the state.
