MEN of the Joint Task Force (JTF), code-named Operation Restore Hope, Sector One, have begun raiding of hide-outs of suspected illegal oil bunkerers, starting from the popular Pessu Market axis and stretching towards the Miller Waterside in the oil city of Warri in Delta State .
