Following the absence of the immediate past Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for his arraignment, the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to serve a copy of the charge against him on his lawyer.
