KANO – A bomb blast,Wednesday,rocked the Federal College of Education in Kano.

Residents of Kabuga area, the host community of the institution told Vanguard of the blast and sporadic gunshots in the vicinity resulting in pandemonium as students and residents scampered to safety while shop owners hurriedly locked up their shops.

Armed security men were seen heading to the college.
