Nnaemeka Diru is a development expert with keen interest in planning and conducting research for development. During his undergraduate studies, he was actively involved in teaching and enlightening students on character development, under the auspices of a University Committee created for the purpose.
This provided him with first-hand experience in project formulation and implementation. Subsequently, he became a research assistant with the project Enlightenment Education and Voluntary Counseling and Testing sponsored by

President, Emergence Plan for AIDS Relief under the MDGs program, which deepened his interest in development work.
Amongst several other policy frameworks in Nigeria and Africa, Mr Diru has interest in the new World Bank African Action Plan and is currently involved in consultations leading to its development. As one of a handful of people on the continent,whom he sits on the Governance Team at the World Bank Youth Forum.
He is also the Deputy Chair coordinating a youth development policy document: The Nigerian Youth Manifesto to ensure that the concerns of Nigerian Youth are met to some degree between 2011-2014.
He is a founding member of a youth-based network, Alcohol Prevention Youth Network ,Nigeria. Recently, he has been advocating for more job creation for the teeming unemployed through a

Lateef Sadiq Adewale is a passionate young Nigerian who has been following international events that inspired him to set up a blog that is gaining readership by the day.
