Ramadan: Igbinovia greets Muslims, pledges devt of Ikpoba-Okha community

As Muslims across the world begin the holy month of Ramadan, Hon. Felix Osaze Igbinovia, Member Representative for Ikpoba Okha LGA in EDSOGPADEC, has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Muslim community.

In a statement marking the commencement of Ramadan, Hon. Igbinovia described the sacred month as a time of “fasting, reflection, and spiritual rejuvenation,” emphasizing its significance not only for personal growth but also for fostering unity and community spirit.

“Ramadan Mubarak! May this blessed month bring you peace, joy, and a profound closeness to Allah,” he said. “It is a time when we are reminded of the virtues of patience, empathy, and compassion. As we observe the daily fasts, let our hearts be filled with kindness and generosity towards all humanity, transcending the boundaries that often divide us.”

Hon. Igbinovia also reiterated his commitment to the well-being of the Ikpoba Okha community, pledging to work towards its development under the leadership of Edo State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo.

“As your representative in Ikpoba Okha LGA, Edsogpadec, I am committed to ensuring that our community thrives during this holy month and beyond, under the leadership of His Excellency, most distinguished Senator Monday Okpebholo, Executive Governor of Edo State,” he affirmed.

He called on residents to use the period of Ramadan to strengthen the bonds of mutual respect and understanding, urging collective efforts in building a brighter future.
