Free Medical Outreach: IYAD, Ochei lauds Okowa

The Free Medical Outreach of the Okowa administration has received the commendation of a cross section of Deltans including the Indomitable Youths Ambassadors of Delta (IYAD), a grassroot Youth Body based in Delta North Senatorial District.

According to the Founder of the Group, Hon. Kennedy Ochei, the impact of the Medical Outreach on the lives of Deltans is enormous. Hon Ochei who just returned from a visit to Delta Central where he embarked on aggressive PVC Sensitization of the Youths and citizens in the District asserted that the testimony from beneficiaries across the State is an indication that Okowa is positively impacting lives and deserves another term

Ochei made the remark at the Stephen Keshi Stadium where he witnessed Governor Okowa’s active involvement in the Mobile Medical Outreach recently in Asaba.

Hon Kennedy Ochei who is also the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Mobilisation urged Deltans to massively vote for the reelection of Gov Okowa to enable him continue the impactful and developmental initiatives especially in the Agricultural and Entrepreneurial sectors whereby the Governor has empowered millions of Delta Youths via the Skills Training & Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) and Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurs Programme (YAGEP).

In a similar development, the Director of Strategy in the Office of the SA on Youth Mobilisation, Hon Obaro Akemu hinted that there are plans by the Office of the SA on Youth Mobilisation in conjuction with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to embark on Youth Empowerment initiatives in the Aviation, Tourism and Hospitality sector as a strategy of diversifying the economy of the State and reduce youth unemployment.

Hon Ochei further stressed that Deltans should use their PVCs to consolidate the 2nd Term bid of Governor Okowa as he remains the only true leader that Deltans can trust at the moment to take the State to greater heights.
