Women Association of Quantity Surveyors of Nigeria, WAQSN, a sub-group of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, NIQS,  which recently celebrated International Women’s Day, has called for the development of built environment professionals in the country with the pace of digital construction economy. The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day was Uncharted Territory of Growth for Professionals in a Digital Construction Economy.

Akwa Ibom State Government has threatened to revoke a road contract over what it termed as the poor drainage system on the Phase II Ikot Ebiere-Ikot Edor-Ikot Akpabon road in Onna Local Government Area of the state.
