Rwanda’s Amavubi are to camp in Tunisia for 10 days as they prepare for the CHAN 2018 finals in Morocco.
The final squad of 23 will leave for Tunisia on January 2 for the camp that will run up to the tournament’s kickoff eve on January 11.
Rwanda are drawn in group C along side Nigeria, Libya and Equatorial Guinea.
“This is yet another good opportunity to get the players together on the training pitch and to build on previous work.
“It was important that we organize this camp to address a couple of issues moving forward,” said German-born coach Antoine Hey.
Rwanda took part in the 2011 edition held in Sudan, managing a group stage finish before hosting the 2016 edition where they reached the quarter final round, losing to eventual winners DR Congo.
