GENERAL Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, World wide Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, yesterday charged all Nigerian security operatives, including  military personnel to put themselves under the protection of the Almighty God because of the sensitive nature of their jobs.

Adeboye made the call at a special prayer session organised for the military, paramilitary and members of their families at the RCCG National Headquarters, The Throne of Grace, Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

Enumerating God’s expectation from the security personnel, the cleric explained that every warrior that wants to excel and be victorious in all his missions must cooperate and partner with God and be of good character, obedient, abide with God, obey God’s order, stressing that life is easy when all one has to do is to obey.

Addressing journalists after the event, the Assistant General Overseer and Secretary of the church, Pastor Johnson Odesola, urged the federal government to provide adequate funding for the various security agencies.
