The popular web site has increased its traffic by nearly 180 per cent since January 2013, making it the one of the world’s fastest growing food web sites.

THE Federal government said it has set up 14 Staple Crop Processing Zones, SCPZs, to boost the nation’s economy with N1.4 trillion as it officially launched the pilot project at Allape SCPZ in Kogi State.
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina, who stated this in an address at the launch of the pilot project at Allape SCPZ in Kogi State, explained that Staple Crop Processing Zones become necessary to curb post-harvest food losses experienced by farmers across the country.

An Osogbo chief magistrate court, yesterday, ordered a 47-year-old cleric, Pastor Julius Adepoju, to be remanded in Ilesa prison for allegedly killing his fellow pastor inside a church.

The accused allegedly perpetuated the act on January 15, 2014 at about 8:20 pm at The Apostolic Church of Nigeria Mission, Lawna Territory, Ede District, Gbongan, headquarters of Ayedaade Local Government Area of Osun state.
