Armed robbers yesterday attacked Treasurer of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, Hon Bappa Aliu and made away with his Nigerian International Passport with a British visa.

Aliu was on his way to Bauchi to connect a flight to Lagos where he was scheduled to travel with other officials of NOC to Glasgow for a meeting of the Commonwealth Games.

President of NOC, Engr. Sani M. Ndanusa and Scribe, Hon. Tunde Popoola were shocked when the news of the Treasurer’s attack was relayed.
