South African slams N500m suit on NAHCO, others over seized passport
LAGOS — A N500 million suit has been instituted against the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc, NAHCO Aviance, and three others as general damages for an alleged unlawful seizure and holding of the international passport belonging to a South African, Mr. Carl De Beer, owing to alleged contractual breach.
