There is no way anyone can manage a megacity State  such  as Lagos,  unless  you have this atmosphere of peace and harmony.

For Shekau to have declared  in the ten-minute video that “I am tired of this calamity; it is better I die and go to rest in paradise” says a lot about the morale of whatever is left of the nest of killers that once straddled the north-east of Nigeria.
