Members of the Trade Union in Togo, on May Day, marked the Workers’ Day celebration by launching a massive protest against what they described as the alleged anti labour policies of President Faure Gnassingbe, causing some invited government politicians to vacate the venue of the celebration in fright.

Vice president Yemi Osinbajo on Friday dined with primary school pupils along with the governor of the state, Rotimi Akeredolu, at Alagbaka Estate Primary School in Akure, the state capital.
