WARRI— WARRI is calm after Monday’s bomb explosions that rocked the post-amnesty dialogue in the oil city, even as security agents have launched a manhunt for the operatives of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, MEND, that detonated the bombs.
More Nigerians, among them the traditional ruler of Seimbiri kingdom in Delta State, His Royal Majesty, Pere Charles Ayemi-Botu, coordinator of the Ijaw Monitoring Group, Comrade Joseph Evah, Barrister Jefferson Uwoghiren and Chief Michael Johnny have also condemned the bomb blasts by MEND, saying it was ill-motivated.
