By Egufe Yafugborhi

To upscale digital learning in Nigerian schools to align with global standards, Wowbii Infrastructure has donated 20 units of interactive boards for federal Unity Colleges.

Wowbii, leading indigenous manufacturer of interactive technology, presented the learning tools 14 March in Lagos through the Unity Schools Old Students Association (USOSA).

Presenting the materials, Gbolahan Olayomi, Founder/Group Chief Executive Officer, Equipment Hall Limited and Wowbii Infrastructure, said the gesture amplifies Wowbii’s commitment to advancing technology-driven education and supporting institutions that uphold academic excellence.

Olayemi added that the development also aligns with the Federal Government’s drive to modernize classrooms, adopt digital learning and strengthen institutional capacity across public schools.

He told a gathering of stakeholders, “Unity Colleges represent a critical component of Nigeria’s educational heritage and national integration framework.

“Supporting USOSA with modern interactive learning technology is strategic contribution toward improving classroom delivery, enhancing student engagement and aligning our schools with global digital learning standards.”

This Wowbil initiative reflects part of a broader effort at collaborating with government at all tiers and other institutional partners to accelerate adoption of hybrid interactive and virtual learning technologies in schools, universities and training institutions nationwide.

Mike Magaji, President-General, USOSA), said the Association has continued to play active role in the development and support of Federal Unity Colleges across the country.

“The association works closely with partners and stakeholders to improve infrastructure, learning conditions, and academic outcomes within the schools”, USOSA emphasised.
