The Nigerian Association of Small-Scale Industrialists, NASSI, has commended President Bola Ahmad Tinubu for his effort to support small-scale businesses across Nigeria.

They said the inclusiveness of supporting the small-scale business in Tinubu’s 8th point Agenda was worth commendation.

The Treasurer of the Association, Dr Abubakar Tanko Bala, in a statement Tuesday said “President Tinubu deserves accolades, and there’s no doubt that he has done the honourable thing for them, saying his policy to sustain small-scale business will positively impact Nigeria’s economy”.

They urged the prospective beneficiaries to use the opportunity to develop the country’s socio-economy.

He added that; “this government has come with lots of policies that would be implemented in this New Year. They have a policy of supporting small scale businesses with 50 thousand naira in all the local government across Nigeria.

“There is 75 billion naira designed to give one million naira each to individuals. There is also an allocated amount of one billion naira plan to disburse to beneficiaries”.

The Association has called upon the citizens to utilize the opportunity, which they said will surely enhance and grow the Nigerian economy.

“Our hope is people from nook and cranny’s of the country to benefit with this policies”. They said.
