Nigerian Afrobeats, Afropop and Dancehall artiste Efe Kelly Mark, popularly known as Kay Da Ace, has released a seven-track extended play (EP), titled 7 Elements, as he seeks to strengthen his presence in the Afrobeats and Afrofusion music scenes.

The project, released under his record label, Ace Familia Studios, is available on major digital music and streaming platforms worldwide.

Kay Da Ace said the EP reflects his versatility, creative expression and commitment to producing authentic music rather than following prevailing industry trends.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the project, the singer and entrepreneur described 7 Elements as a body of work driven by energy, authenticity and personal experiences.

“7 Elements is pure energy for the Afrobeat and Afrofusion scene. From the energy of ‘Saints & Sinners’ to the rhythm of ‘Wahala Na Ladder’, followed by the melody of ‘Joor’, this project reflects who I am as an artiste.

“I’m not chasing trends; I’m making candid music straight from my soul to your speakers,” he said.

According to the artiste, the EP explores themes of hustle, hope, blessings, motivation, lifestyle, love, enjoyment and the pursuit of prosperity, combining relatable experiences with infectious rhythms and expressive melodies.

The seven tracks are ‘Saints and Sinners’, ‘Wahala Na Ladder’, ‘Joor’, ‘Rain (Money)’, ‘Toxic’, ‘Bebe’ and ‘Manya Body’.

The songs showcase different dimensions of his sound, blending contemporary African popular music with personal storytelling and themes drawn from everyday life.

The project was recorded at Ace Familia Studios by Kay Da Ace, with production handled by Top Age, while Abbey OneRace handled the artiste-and-repertoire (A&R) responsibilities.

With the release of 7 Elements, Kay Da Ace continues to develop his musical identity through energetic sounds, melodic expression and narratives intended to connect with listeners.

The EP is available on major music streaming and digital download platforms worldwide.
