DIAMED Centre marks second anniversary, reaffirms commitment to quality healthcare

DIAMED Centre has celebrated its second anniversary, highlighting two years of delivering healthcare services and reaffirming its commitment to quality, innovation and patient-centred care.

The anniversary also marked a milestone for the healthcare facility founded by Dr. Mrs. Abiola Olorode, whose vision, according to the hospital, has driven its growth and expanding footprint in healthcare delivery.

Established to provide world-class medical services in a professional and compassionate environment, DIAMED Centre said it has earned the confidence of patients by offering healthcare services across multiple specialties.

The anniversary was celebrated under the theme, “Delivering Quality Healthcare, Building Trust,” reflecting the institution’s commitment to improving healthcare delivery through investment in personnel, technology and community development.

Speaking on the occasion, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Mrs. Abiola Olorode, said the hospital remains committed to delivering quality healthcare with dignity and compassion.

“When DIAMED Centre was established, our vision was simple yet profound—to create a healthcare institution where every patient receives world-class medical attention with dignity, compassion and excellence. Two years later, we are humbled by the trust our patients have placed in us and inspired to continue investing in healthcare solutions that positively impact lives and communities.

“This anniversary is a celebration of our dedicated team, our valued partners and every patient who has been part of our journey,” she said.

According to the hospital, it has expanded its specialist services over the past two years by investing in modern diagnostic and treatment equipment while strengthening its multidisciplinary workforce to improve patient outcomes.

The facility provides a range of healthcare services, including preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, dermatology, pharmacy, emergency care, intensive care and specialist consultations.

As part of the anniversary activities, DIAMED Centre organised a free community medical outreach, offering health screenings, medical consultations and wellness education to members of the public.

The hospital said the initiative reflects its commitment to extending healthcare services beyond its facilities and promoting preventive healthcare within the community.

The celebration also recognised the contributions of the hospital’s doctors, nurses, specialists, administrative personnel and support staff, whose dedication, it said, has contributed significantly to the institution’s growth and reputation.

Looking ahead, the hospital said it would continue to expand access to specialist healthcare services, invest in modern medical technology and strengthen strategic partnerships aimed at improving healthcare delivery across Nigeria.
