ABUJA – AHEAD of the 2027 general elections, an All Progressive Congress, APC, aspirant, Hon Nicholas Uchenna, Thursday, picked a nomination form to contest the Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency seat at the House of Representatives.

Hon Uchenna was accompanied by his teeming supporters and party loyalists, where he explained why he decided to run for the seat, which, according to him, was borne out of his vision, patriotism, and commitment to ensure effective representation of the good and great people of the Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency of Anambra State.

Speaking further about his background and track record of impact and interventions made on the lives of the people on a selfless basis, he highlighted salient areas of focus he intends to address if elected as it aligns with the yearnings and aspirations of the people – improving critical infrastructure across communities in Oyi and Ayamelum; empowering youths and women through skills development and economic opportunities; and promoting job creation and inclusive economic growth.

Meanwhile, he assured the people of inclusivity and effective representation, where every constituent is carried along and no one is left behind.

He (Odieli) also expressed confidence and trust that with unity, dedication, and collective effort, the constituency can achieve greater progress and sustainable development.

He tasked members of the APC in the constituency, along with other stakeholders and supporters, to remain focused, cooperative, and committed to the tenets of democracy – fairness, progress, and responsible leadership, adding that a purposeful representation and positive transformation are within reach, hence all hands must be on deck.
