The campaign organisation of Engr. Olasunkanmi Olajuyin has rejected recent publications criticising his political aspiration, describing them as politically motivated attempts to mislead the public.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the campaign organisation said the reports were designed to create unnecessary division within the constituency.

The organisation maintained that Engr. Olajuyin remains focused on promoting unity, sustainable development, and effective representation. It stressed that his aspiration is rooted in competence, credibility, and integrity.

“Engr. Olajuyin represents a new wave of leadership anchored on inclusion and service,” the statement read.

The campaign noted that Olajuyin’s background in engineering, entrepreneurship, and community development equips him with the capacity to deliver practical solutions and create opportunities for the people.

“At a time when our people deserve purposeful leadership, Engr. Olajuyin represents a refreshing alternative grounded in ideas, innovation and people-centred governance,” the statement added.

The organisation emphasised that leadership should focus on building bridges, strengthening alliances, and ensuring every community benefits from inclusive governance.

It urged constituents to reject divisive narratives and instead engage in constructive conversations around key issues such as infrastructure, education, youth empowerment, and economic growth.

The statement further highlighted that Olajuyin’s mission is centred on collective advancement, expanded opportunities for young people and women, and responsive leadership for all.

Reaffirming his commitment, the campaign declared that “the future belongs to leaders who unite rather than those who divide.”
