The Deputy Governor of Benue State, Barr. Dr. Sam Ode, has congratulated a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Comrade Dan Onjeh, on the occasion of his 52nd birthday, describing him as a dependable political mobiliser and loyal party man.

In a congratulatory message issued on Saturday in Makurdi and signed by Ior Ikyereve, Deputy Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Dr. Ode praised Onjeh’s political sagacity, integrity and commitment to the growth of the APC, particularly in the Benue South Senatorial District.

The deputy governor described the celebrant as “a quintessential political mobiliser” whose grassroots appeal and strategic insights have contributed significantly to strengthening the party across the zone.

“On this special day, I join your family, friends, political associates and well-wishers in thanking God for the gift of your life and the remarkable impact you have made in our great party, the APC,” Ode said.

He noted that Onjeh has remained steadfast in advancing the ideals of the APC and supporting initiatives aimed at promoting stability and cohesion within the party in Benue State.

“Your journey has been one of dedication, resilience, and an unyielding belief in the development of our dear state,” the deputy governor said, adding that Onjeh’s passion for service and ability to galvanise support for collective causes were widely admired.

Dr. Ode further commended the APC stalwart for his loyalty and dependability within the progressive political family, describing him as a trusted ally whose contributions have continued to add value to the party’s fortunes in the state.

He also offered prayers for the celebrant, asking God to grant him long life, good health and wisdom to sustain his service to the party and the people of Benue State.

“I pray that God Almighty grants you many more years in good health, wisdom and vitality as you continue to serve the party and, by extension, the people of Benue State,” he said.

Comrade Onjeh is regarded as a key political figure in Benue South, with a reputation for grassroots mobilisation and party organisation within the APC.
