Singlehood not a setback – Orimolade

Convener of Outstanding Singles, Adenike Adebisi Orimolade, has emphasised that singlehood should not be seen as a setback, but rather as a vital season for personal growth and intentional living.

Speaking ahead of a transformative event scheduled for Saturday, 20th September 2025, Orimolade said the gathering is designed to help singles embrace this phase of life with purpose and clarity.

Themed “Singlehood is a Phase of Life – Use It Well!”, the one-day event will take place at Eko Five, Igando, Lagos, starting at 10:00am. Admission is free.

“Singlehood is not a waiting room,” Orimolade stated. “It’s a time to build, discover purpose, and become whole. We want to help people stop merely existing and start living fully with vision and confidence.”

The event will feature a powerful lineup of speakers, including Pastor Esther Fadumiye, a renowned relationships and marriage counsellor and convener of Love Regardless; Arc. Esther Adebayo, an influential youth leader and Raxi Joseph, a gifted communicator, will lead an interactive session focused on honest, transformative conversations.

According to the organisers, the event is open to all and free of charge. Highlights of the program will include inspirational talks, interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and actionable tools to help attendees thrive during their single season.
