Aspire for legislative, executive roles; SA, SSA ridiculous — LP’s Monye warns Nigerian youths

A foremost Nigerian social commentator, and community leader, Morris Monye has challenged the Nigerian youths to aspire for leadership roles to cause a change in the country.

Monye, a chieftain of the Labour Party, decries appointment as Special Advisers, and Senior Special Advisers, lamenting such are ridiculous roles that the Nigerian youths must look beyond to cause a change that will positively impact the country.

In a tweet on his verified X handle, monitored by Vanguard, Morris Monye noted that Nigerian youth should know their value and aspire for greater things if there must be a change in the system operating this country.

He said, “ I wish young Nigerians would know their value and aspire for leadership roles in this country.

By leadership roles, I don’t mean SSA and such ridiculous roles.

Legislative, executive roles….

Challenge the system and get in. Cause a change,” he wrote.

Monye who was recently appointed as Delta State’s e-Sports Director has continued to engage the youths and use his office to pull Delta State youths out of poverty.
